What is QRCompose?

QRCompose is a platform that lets you create smart, interactive QR experiences - such as menus, forms, link trees, business cards, and entire multi-step flows - without writing any code.

How does QRCompose differ from traditional QR code generators?

Unlike simple QR tools, QRCompose creates dynamic pages that can be edited anytime after publishing and connected together into flows with analytics, submissions, and payments.

Do I need a developer to use QRCompose?

No. Everything is no-code. The drag‑and‑drop designer lets you build and publish pages instantly.

📱 QR Codes & Pages

Can I edit a page after publishing?

Yes. Any published QR code remains valid - edits will instantly reflect on all scans without changing the code.

What happens if I delete a page?

Deleting a page permanently removes its data, including analytics and submissions. The QR code will stop working.

Can I point a QR code to an external website?

Yes. When creating a QR code, you can choose between linking to a QRCompose page or any external URL.

Can I reuse a QR code?

You can edit or republish it with new content, but once deleted, its short link becomes inactive.

Which payment methods are supported?

QRCompose supports Stripe for card payments, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Crypto and Web3 support are planned.

Can I use dynamic pricing?

Yes. Dynamic (or “context”) payments automatically calculate totals from menu orders or bookings.

Can I connect multiple payments in a flow?

No. Only one payment page per flow is allowed to ensure accurate reporting.

Is my customers’ payment data secure?

Yes. All payments are processed via Stripe, fully PCI‑DSS compliant. QRCompose never stores card data.

What kind of analytics are tracked?

Each page and QR code tracks:

  • Total and unique visits
  • Time spent
  • Countries, devices, referrers
  • Conversions (form submissions, payments, reviews)

How can I view analytics?

From your Dashboard → Analytics tab.
You can filter by page, date range, or country.

Are analytics real-time?

Yes, analytics are updated in near‑real time as users interact with your pages.

🧾 Submissions

Which components collect submissions?

Forms, Menus (orders), Bookings, and Reviews generate submissions.

Can I export submissions?

Yes. Use the “Export CSV” button in the Submissions tab, or access them through the API (Pro plan).

Are submissions private?

Absolutely. All submissions are encrypted at rest and only accessible to your account.

🧠 Troubleshooting

My QR code doesn’t open the page

Check that the page is published and not deleted.
If it’s part of a flow, ensure all connected pages are valid and public.

My payment or form flow doesn’t connect

Make sure you follow the flow validation rules.

  • Menu must have orders enabled for dynamic payments
  • Booking forms need a price > 0
  • Reviews with external redirects can’t connect to payments

Images or files not loading

Ensure files are under 10MB and in supported formats (JPG, PNG, MP3, MP4, PDF).

Can I restore deleted content?

No. Deleted pages, flows, and submissions are permanently removed.

Is there a free plan?

Yes. You can use QRCompose for free with limited features and storage.

What do paid plans include?

Paid tiers unlock:

Can I cancel anytime?
