Booking System

QRCompose's booking system lets you create appointment and reservation pages, collect submissions, and connect bookings to payments in apps. Booking pages require an Advanced plan or higher to publish.

Accessing bookings

From the management sidebar:

Creating a booking page

  1. Open Designer → Create a design
  2. Select Booking from the type picker (Popular group)
  3. Configure availability, slots, pricing, and form fields in the section navigation
  4. Publish — requires Advanced plan or preview trial

Booking pages can also be created as steps inside an app connected to a dynamic payment page.

Booking configuration

Key settings for booking pages:

SettingDescription
AvailabilityDays and time slots open for booking
DurationLength of each appointment slot
Price per slotCost per booking (required for payment connections)
CapacityMaximum bookings per slot
Form fieldsAdditional information to collect (name, phone, notes)
NotificationsEmail alerts for new bookings

Submissions

Booking submissions appear in Bookings → Submissions. From here you can:

  • View booking details (date, time, customer info)
  • Export submissions as CSV
  • Filter by date range or status

Form and menu submissions are managed separately — see Submissions.

Bookings in apps

A common app pattern:

Booking page → Payment (dynamic) → Confirmation

For this connection to work:

  • The booking page must have a price per slot greater than zero
  • The payment page must use contextual (dynamic) pricing
  • Your plan must include both Bookings and Payments (Advanced+)

See Apps for full validation rules.

Pay later

Some payment configurations support pay later — allowing customers to complete a booking and pay at a later step or offline. Availability depends on your payment page configuration.
