Events

The Events component in QRCompose lets you create fully branded event pages that display key information like dates, times, location, and contact options - all accessible via a QR code.
It’s ideal for promoting conferences, workshops, concerts, parties, or online webinars with a clean, mobile-first layout.

Overview

An Event Page allows you to share all relevant event details in one place.
Visitors can scan the QR code to view your event’s date, time, location, and description, and optionally click a call-to-action (CTA) button to register, buy tickets, or open a map.

You can also combine Events with Forms and Payments in a Flow for full end-to-end attendee management.

Creating an Event Page

You can create an event page in two ways:

  1. During QR Code creation - select Page → Event in Step 2.
  2. From the Pages dashboard - click Create Page → Event, fill out your details, and publish.

Once saved, the event can be linked to any QR code or embedded into a Flow (e.g. Event → Form → Payment → Review).

  • Workshops: Share schedule, instructor info, and signup links.
  • Concerts / Festivals: Show date, time, and ticket purchase links.

Every interaction is tracked automatically:

You can view these insights in real time inside your analytics dashboard.

Best Practices

  • Include both Date and Time to avoid confusion.
  • Use a short, catchy title for visibility.
  • Upload a clear banner image for professionalism.
  • Add a map link for physical venues.
  • Keep descriptions concise (2–3 sentences max).
  • Test your QR on multiple devices before publishing.

Summary

The Events component turns a simple QR code into a full event microsite - complete with times, locations, and branded visuals.
It’s perfect for any event organizer looking to deliver quick access to all details in a single scan.
